The mini plastic bucket šŖ£ was cute but the quality is weak. Not a sturdy 2 gallon bucket.
Garden area is really nice. Thankful for the volunteer watering person.
Sometimes crazy bent people come through and the workers do not deserve that. They need to be recognized more for the stuff they have to deal with. But those who act that way just need to grow up too.
There is a key station if you need to make copies of your keys. When I went there was a buy 2 get 1 free deal.
Workers are helpful I think if you need them. They're just busy and hardworking.
Very sad experience. Relied on online inventory to replace all kitchen appliances. DO NOT trust that. Itās night and day from actual store inventory. They know it and they donāt care. As to your reply, I'm done shopping with you. If you really cared you would have agreed to sell me the display model as I requested from the manager. Unfortunately, mgr's don't have any clout to make it right. "I'm sorry, Sir" doesn't cut it.
The selection of items is actually pretty good, and the location is perfect, but this store gets two stars because it's absolutely ABSURD that they keep re-arranging the stock every few months, and it's infuriating when I'm trying to run a business. I don't know the reasoning, but as a local contractor, I don't care; I need to be able to go in the store, know EXACTLY where my items are, purchase them, and get to work. I don't have time to play "musical products" every few months. I don't know who's idea that was, but it's an awful one.
I really would like to review with five stars but three out of five times I go through a cash register person, I always get overcharged for either count amount or the price amount. Each time I bring this up with them afterwards. (because I just wanna keep the line moving and not hold up anybody.) I made out to be as Iām making up a story to them.. and I have to eat that the cashiers donāt know what theyāre doingā¦ seems like no training and no oversight of staff at Loweās. I called a few times and was told to basically take a hike..
Iām only given two stars because Loweās is better than Home Depot in my opinion . But Iāll go to Ace or HPM from now on whenever I canš¤š¼š
Lowes sells defective products to their customers without any warning. If you buy something extremely heavy at the store, take it home and find out it's defective they will not do anything to help. They expect you to carry the defective product (in my case it was a refrigerator) and they will replace it. How about they come out and pick it up and bring a replacement. This is so wrong on all levels what kind of customer service is that!!!! I refuse to purchase any future products from this store. I would suggest opening every product before you take it out the door. They blamed it on the shipping how wrong is that. Passing the blame of course how unexpected was that. Very unhappy customer and I hope buyers will beware and look at everything in the package before leaving the store.
It's faster to get in the car and drive an hour roundtrip than to try to call this store. It's been the same pathetic customer service at this location for the past 10 years. Rang for 16 minutes before someone answered the phone, said the words "pick up" and hung up.
I bought a washer in the store. Delivery set for 2 days. Then was rescheduled for two days later. Now 5 pm, no word, no status update. NOW I REMEMBER 3 yrs ago when I bought a new dryer from this store. The delivery NEVER happened - I finally had to go to the store, and get it and install it myself. It took 10 days for the old appliance to be picked up at the curb. Usually I just go to Home Depot because when I need a lot of items they always have all of them. Experience has taught me that if I go to Lowes Kona first, I'll be making a trip to HD anyway to get what Lowes didn't have or I couldn't find.
Very disappointed in Loweās (lack of) customer service. Tried to buy a washing machine from them online because couldnāt find an employee in the store to help. Ordered with a delivery date approximately 3 weeks out. The day before scheduled ā¦
Wait for an hour to get the chest freezer ordered a month ago. Emailed me it was ready. Finally got it, checked for any defects in the box. Looks okay. Get it home unwrap it and there is a big ole gouge in the side. From fork lift or?? Hole ā¦
